Darren Burgess - IT Operations Director

Working within a manufacturing environment helped Darren to gain a greater understanding of how businesses could work much more efficiently with the right solutions. He has worked with many different systems such as HP-Unix, Progress, Oracle, Access, MFG/PRO and Linux among the many hundreds of other applications. He has almost 20 years of experience working with Microsoft’s Products. He has also provided in-house training on different products and solutions.

This knowledge gives him an excellent overview of how to combine the different skills and products to provide our clients with the best solution possible.

Andrew Faulkner Bsc (Hons) - IT Development Director

Andrew has been involved in IT and Security for several years. Andrew uses all his experience and knowledge to introduce new and exciting ventures to Adlite. One of his key roles is developing new links with national businesses and overseas clients.

Scott King - Senior SQL developer.

Scott develops bespoke SQL for our client requirements. This is a major advantage to have someone like Scott onboard and customers are delighted when he presents them with newly developed code to maximise our client service.

Martine Berry - Business administrator

Martine and Andrew have previously worked together, so are familiar with each others strengths. Martine is the credit control at adlite. She also gets involved with marketing and new business ideas to keep us all on our toes.

Rachael Novak - New business development

Rachael is the most recent member to the Adlite team – She is assisting Adlite with the introduction of the LawWare software. As part of its introduction to the UK market LawWare will be offered to a limited number of solicitors at highly discounted prices in return for some feedback to tailor the package to the English market. This is a pre-launch to the English market.
